All nail sets are 100% handmade by me using high-quality, professional-grade products. I use full-cover gel tips, and every set is created entirely with gel products—the same materials used for Gel-X nails, just in press-on form. These are not mass-produced nails from Shein or the drugstore; they are durable, sturdy, and made to last.
Each set is fully customized and made to order, giving you salon-quality nails without the long appointment times or paying extra for designs you don’t want.

How long do orders take to be fulfilled?
Current processing time is approximately 5–10 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Do you accept custom nail orders?
Yes! I offer both custom and freestyle nail sets. Please message me your nail inspiration via Instagram DM or email me at beautyluxnailss@gmail.com to get started on your order.

How can I find the nail size that fits best?
Please refer to my size guide for instructions on finding your perfect fit. A sizing kit is not required but is highly recommended, as it is the most accurate way to determine your size. Please note that no refunds are offered for incorrect sizing.

I saw a set on your social media that isn’t listed on your website. How can I purchase it?
If a set is not listed on the website, it was likely created as a custom or freestyle order for another client. These sets can always be recreated. Please DM me on Instagram or email me for purchasing details.

I lost a nail, it broke, or it doesn’t fit—what should I do?
I offer replacement nails for purchase. Please message me via Instagram or email before placing your order so I can confirm which nail needs to be replaced.

Can I rush my order?
Yes, rush orders are available by adding the “Rush My Order” option at checkout. Please note that this shortens processing time only. Express shipping is available at checkout. You may also leave a note with the date you need your nails by.

Can I reuse my nails?
Yes! All nail sets are 100% reusable with proper care, hygiene, and storage. Please treat nails as fragile items, avoid harsh chemicals, and handle gently. Application and removal instructions are included with every order.

Can I return my nail set?
Because all sets are custom-made to order, returns are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.

My package is lost or delayed—what should I do?
Once a package has shipped, it is no longer under my control. I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, gate codes, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or returned-to-sender packages. Delays may occur during busy seasons. If your package is lost due to USPS issues, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

I’d like to reorder a previous set but make changes—can I do that?
Of course! Please consult with me first via Instagram DM. Please note that significant changes may result in a price adjustment.
